Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is designed for beginners and those looking to strengthen their aerial silks fundamentals. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn, explore, and have fun in a supportive environment!

Where is the retreat located?

The retreat takes place in Ericeira, Portugal, a beautiful coastal town known for its stunning beaches, relaxed atmosphere, and breathtaking ocean views.

How do I get to the retreat location?

Ericeira is easily accessible from Lisbon Airport (LIS), which is about a 40-minute drive away by taxi/Uber or 1h30 by public transportation. Buses operate once a day between the Lisbon Campo Grande station and Ericeira bus terminal, you can check out the schedules here.

What’s included in the retreat package?

Your retreat experience includes:

  • 12 hours of aerial silks training (introductory & beginner level)

  • 5 nights' accommodation in a gorgeous villa with a swimming pool

  • Healthy, delicious meals (vegetarian & vegan options available)

  • Wellness activities, such as yoga, flexibility sessions, and coastal hikes

  • A vibrant and supportive aerial community

What’s not included?

To keep things flexible, the following are not included:

  • Flights to Portugal

  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)

What are the payment options?

We offer flexible payment plans to make your booking easier. You can choose to:

  1. Pay the full amount upfront.

  2. Pay in two installments.

  3. Pay in three installments.

  4. Pay in four installments.

You can pay by Bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy:

  • Full refund if you cancel before May 1, 2025

  • 80% refund if you cancel before June 1, 2025

  • 50% refund if you cancel before June 15, 2025

  • No refund for cancellations after July 1, 2025

Is health coverage provided?

Yes! Every participant is covered by health insurance during aerial silks classes. However, this does not extend beyond training sessions, so we strongly recommend getting personal travel insurance for the entire trip.

How many spots are available?

The retreat is limited to only 10 participants, ensuring personalised attention and a close-knit community.
